We are actively building a vetted network of licensed, insured trade partners.

Please complete this form in full and accurately. All work performed for 10/10 Construction is governed by our Master Independent Contractor Agreement (MSA). The items below confirm you can meet the insurance, compliance, and payment terms of that agreement. Only qualified partners aligned with our standards will be contacted.

4 Insurance

Our MSA sets minimum coverage that must be in place before any work begins.

MSA minimums: Commercial General Liability at least $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate, occurrence-based (claims-made is not accepted), naming 10/10 Construction LLC as Additional Insured with a Waiver of Subrogation, primary & non-contributory. Plus Workers' Comp (with waiver of subrogation), Commercial Auto ($100k/$500k BI, $100k PD), and tools/equipment coverage.

5 Financial & Payment Terms

Confirm you can work within the MSA's payment structure.

MSA payment terms: Invoices are typed (not handwritten), reference the job number, and include Texas-compliant lien waivers (§53.284). Payment is net-30 and is expressly contingent on 10/10's receipt of payment from the owner/client (pay-when-paid). 10/10 retains 10% retainage, released 14 days after final acceptance upon receipt of valid lien waivers.
